How decisive were these results, combined?
Seven questions, and only one of them actually about basketball.
TL;DR: Subway beat Pickup Truck so badly (41–12, 77%) that it barely edged out Smoked Brisket’s equally dominant win over Hot Pastrami for “least controversial opinion of the week.” The Knicks-vs-Spurs matchup that actually gave this poll its name wasn’t even the closest race — that honor goes to Breakfast, which landed 28–27, about as close to a coin flip as it gets.

The Alignment Index keeps climbing back toward Earth Day levels — 0.74 this week (cumulative: 0.84) — which makes it a little surprising that Breakfast produced this week’s widest office gap, 17%. The topline number recovering doesn’t mean individual questions stop splitting; look closely and this one’s a repeat of Earth Day’s Volunteering trick: the combined total for Breakfast looked almost exactly tied (28–27), but that’s because the offices actually disagree: HQ’s real preference was Breakfast Taco, while RTP’s was Bagel Sandwich.
It happened twice this week, actually — Catchphrase told the same story (HQ leaned “Bless your heart”, RTP leaned “I’m walkin’ here”, and the combined total again looked like a near-tie). That brings the running count to 4 questions since RTP joined where the topline “winner” only held up because two offices leaning in opposite directions happened to cancel each other out.
